At The Threshold

Most of my recent work is strictly abstract but occasionally I insert some figurative elements. In this mixed media piece I used acrylic paint, paper and acrylic paint marker to create an abstract painting with a simple lyrical line drawing of a face on top. The drawing does not stand out as noticeable at first but after looking at it for a minute it becomes more obvious so the piece is as much about the abstract painting as the drawing. It is signed on the back with a UV protective varnish. It will be sent matted and ready for framing. Free shipping within the United States.
